Everything legal about EPR Clear in one place: who provides the service, its VAT status, how to reach it, who owns what, and the documents that govern your use of the service.

Service provider

Provider identification, in full, is on the Imprint: the company, its registered office, its commercial register entry and its registry code. It is stated there once rather than repeated here, so there is a single page that can go stale and a single page to correct.

VAT

We are not currently subject to VAT collection. Where taxes apply to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, computes them automatically from your billing location and they appear at the point of order.

Brands and intellectual property

EPR Clear is a brand of the provider named on the Imprint, which also operates the eprclear.com domain and the Service software. All rights reserved except as granted in our Terms of Service. Register data shown on verification surfaces belongs to its publishers (the national producer registers) and is reused under their terms, with attribution where required.

Governing law

The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia (European Union), as set out in those Terms.
